Fees paid by Credit Card are subject to statutorily authorized convenience fee of 3.7% of total fees

*A Room may be Reserved in advance by paying $250 per Week ahead of move-in

**A 30-day Notice is required to qualify for potential refund; Security Deposit Replacement (SDR) may be used in lieu of a cash deposit.

***A Grace Period of two (2) days will be given for late payments after which Residents who are in arrears will be subject to a Late Fee of $50.00 per day which will be added to the Past Due amount and must be paid in full. Residents who reach seven (7) days past due (including the Grace Period) will be subject to removal from the Program and dismissal from Hearthstone Houses.
